In compliance with the Spanish Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data, SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. provides you with information on the fulfillment of data protection regulations and on the duty to maintain confidentiality with respect of your activities. SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. hereby notifies you of the existence of personal data files (so-called "ficheros"), which are registered to the company SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. for the purpose of its own administration, communication and information. These files are registered in the Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Registro General der Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), where users may obtain access to the registration data for monitoring purposes.

Users hereby declare their agreement that SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. may use this personal data in order to ensure proper fulfillment of duties entered into. In filling out the reservation form, sending an e-mail or communicating with SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. in any other manner, users declare their acceptance that their data may be stored by SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. in files as stated above.

SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE, S.L. is authorized to use the user’s e-mail address to send the user advertising by e-mail or via other forms of communication. The user agrees to this by filling in the reservation form. The user may revoke his/her agreement at any time by communicating such revocation by e-mail or via another medium.

SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE, S.L. is further authorized to provide data to government authorities if requested so to do. This applies particularly, although not exclusively, to providing information to the relevant traffic department when there is reason to believe that the Lessee has committed traffic offences during the rental period. A request from a government agency is sufficient cause for SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE, S.L. to provide data.

SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE, SL. is authorized to provide data to third parties in so far as is required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Users have the right at any time to access, amend and delete data and to refuse use of data. Written communication to SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L., C/ Amargura 147, 11510 Puerto Real, Spain stating the user’s request will suffice. Security


Your personal data is transferred via an encrypted connection. It is based on SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) which is a standard procedure to encrypt personal data and payment information. The data is hosted on a server in the European Union. This server is subject to highest security standards.

Cookies


SOUTHCAMP EXPERIENCE S.L. uses so-called cookies on its website. This allows us to connect the sub-steps of the booking process. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user’s computer via the Internet. Users may refuse the use of such cookies by applying the appropriate settings to their webbrowser. Consideration should be accorded to the fact that the consequence of refusing to accept cookies may be that the user cannot use all the website’s features.

You can recognise the Facebook plugin from the Facebook logo or the "Like Button" ("Like") on our site.
