Cordoba’s cultural heritage is immense, with Jewish, Arab and Christian historical resources. The city is located at the foot of the Sierra Morena mountain range with low temperatures in winter and high temperatures in summer. The atmosphere of the old town is characterised by narrow streets, white walls and many flowers in the windows. Among the tourist attractions are the Mezquita, the Roman Bridge over the river Guadalquivir, the Alcazar of the Christian Kings, the Roman Temple of Cordoba and the Tower of Calahorra.
