The Antequera motorhome parking area is located next to the stadium El Maulí. It has 16 free parking spaces. The area is quiet, in front of the Courts and a few minutes away from the Police. You could also see motorhomes parked in the streets around the parking when we visited the parking on a week-end. The area has potable water and waste water disposal facilities. There are apparently petanque courts next to the car park. Opposite is a bar with very good churros.
How to get there?
The motorhome parking is located in C/ Miguel de Cervantes, it can be accessed through Ronda Norte and it is easy to get there as it is not necessary to drive through the centre of the city.
Antequera
The city offers a wide variety of places of interest: You can visit the Alcazaba of Antequera Recinto Monumental de la Alcazaba – Web oficial de turismo de Andalucía to which you can walk from the motorhome parking area of Antequera, crossing the city. A shopping centre with cinemas is also just a few minutes walk away. Possibly the most important attraction and UNESCO World Heritage Site is the Dolmens of Antequera, Conjunto arqueológico Dólmenes de Antequera formed by three dolmens and two natural monuments which are the Peña de los Enamorados and the Paraje El Torcal Detalle buscador mapa – Ventana del Visitante (juntadeandalucia.es)
What to see nearby?
About ten kilometres away you can find the Lobo Park Antequera with guided tours of different routes.
